A Few Little Questions

In a previous post, I responded to one of the writing prompts posed by BlogHer for the first week of November.

There were three more in that group, and since none of them strikes me as material for a full-length post, I thought I'd just answer the questions.

When was the last time you did something brave? What happened?

I've occasionally been told that something I did was brave, but in the moment it never feels that way. You just act, and you get to analyze it only later. Possibly the last brave thing I did was submitting myself for major surgery in August. I'm okay now.

If you could be completely honest with no regrets, what would you say and to whom?

I'd like to believe that honesty never requires regret, but in reality that's often not so. Sometimes it's necessary to honestly ask what real value there would be in saying something, and sometimes there is more value in staying silent.

Which fall shows should totally be canceled already?

Just about all of them.
